What is a Weight Pentathlon?
A weight pentathlon is a multi-event competition
involving five different throwing events:
Hammer
Throw
Shot
Put
Discus
Throw
Javelin
Throw
Weight
Throw
The events are contested in that order, with each
competitor having three attempts in each.
The best distance is scored on the IAAF multi-event scoring table that
is age-graded by World Masters Athletics.
