In the 5K, Stuart Pineo stayed ahead of the resurgent Bobby Briggs and Ted Poulos, and Betty Blank won the women's race by 6 minutes.
In the 10K, last year's top 3 returned for a re-match and finished in the same order -- Robert Ricks, Isaak Aronson, and Vincent McDonald repeated in first, second, and third place. Wet leaves slowed everyone except for Ricks, who cut a minute off his 2005 time of 39:25.
Katie Craven edged Karen Young in the women's 10K by just 5 seconds.
